Bryce Canyon & Grand Canyon Overview Airplane Tour from Sedona
Bryce Canyon National Park Bryce Canyon National Park receives more than 1 million visitors each year, and you will see why when you take this tour! From Sedona, travel in a comfortable, stylish charter plane to Bryce Canyon National Park in Utah. Experience the gorgeous scenery of the canyon's red rock spires, natural andes and castles. Fly over two of the canyon's best lookout points, Rainbow Point and Yovimpa Point. From these spots, you will see a sequence of rock layers known as the Grand Staircase. The sections, or steps, are named for their dominant color. The Grand Staircase is comprised of the Pink, Grey, White, Vermilion and Chocolate cliffs. In the distance beyond the Grey Cliffs is Molly's Nipple, the most notable landmark in Hurricane, Utah. Two prominent, towering hoodoos can be seen on this tour. The taller of the two towers is named "The Hunter" and the smaller one is referred to as "Rabbit" or "Backpacker." From these hoodoos, Navajo Mountain can be seen on the horizon. Navajo Mountain is a volcano that never erupted. The molten rock moved upward toward the Earth's surface and caused a large swelling but never blew its top as the plume cooled slowly. Near the park's Farview Point, one can see as far away as the Black Mesas in Arizona (160 miles away). On the return trip to Sedona, your pilot will take you over parts of the Grand Canyon. Natural beauty will be everywhere you look on this tour! **There is a 3-passenger minimum and a 9-passenger maximum for this tour.

Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center. 4 DAYS MINIMUM ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED.
