Summary:

Tour includes free pick-up from designated Flagstaff hotels and resorts. Child age is 2 to 14 (children under 2 are free.) Please reserve online or call 888-811-9250 for reservations or more information. There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

We will stop for a short break before our first stop at the Grand Canyon IMAX Theater. No visit to the Grand Canyon is complete without experiencing the 7-story giant screen presentation of "GRAND CANYON-THE HIDDEN SECRETS." This spectacular film penetrates the innermost depths of the Grand Canyon, taking viewers where they could never go, showing them things they could never see, through the startling reality of the IMAX format. In only 34 minutes, you will discover a Grand Canyon that would take a lifetime to experience.

After the movie, we head into The Grand Canyon National Park for a great lunch at the El Tovar Lodge. The El Tovar Restaurant has a casual atmosphere. The restaurant has an extensive menu including salads, pastas, pizza, burgers, hot sandwiches and Mexican Cuisine. There is something for everyone.

At Grand Canyon Village you will have free time to explore the historic buildings, visit the gift shop, or walk part of the paved South Rim trail. Then your guide will take you to the East Rim to a few more great lookouts. During the day, you will learn all about the Grand Canyon's history, geology, and more.

As we drive out the East entrance, we will drive along the Little Colorado River Gorge into the Navajo Nation. Here we will stop at the Historic Cameron Trading Post before returning to your resort. You will have the opportunity to browse the Native American artwork and shop for souvenirs. A fun, educational day!

What should I bring and what should I wear for my trip to the Grand Canyon?

You should wear comfortable shoes, a hat to keep your head protected from the sun, sunglasses, and sunscreen. It may be cool in the early morning or evening and can get very hot in the afternoons. A light shirt, shorts, and a rain jacket are recommended in warmer months. It does rain in Arizona so you may also want to carry an umbrella. Light day packs are great for carrying everything you will need and for filling up with all of the wonderful souvenirs that you will find at the many gift shops. Don't forget your camera with plenty of film.
